We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions.

You'll work with machine learning, large language models, and intelligent automation to create features that help businesses automate processes, improve decision-making, and increase operational efficiency.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

[ 1 ] Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real business use cases.

[ 2 ] Build and integrate AI solutions using GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.

‍

[ 3 ] Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

‍

[ 4 ] Develop AI assistants and intelligent automation solutions for document processing, application verification, customer support, and other business workflows.

‍

[ 5 ] Design and maintain ETL pipelines and integrate third-party APIs.

‍

[ 6 ] Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases, including Pinecone and Weaviate.

‍

[ 7 ] Evaluate and improve AI model performance through experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

‍

[ 8 ] Collaborate with software engineers and product stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Skills you have to bring

3+ years of commercial experience with Python.

What we're looking for:

1.5+ years of commercial experience building AI/ML solutions, including NLP, LLMs, or risk models.
Experience developing and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
Strong practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Experience designing ETL pipelines and integrating third-party APIs.
Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English.
Native Ukrainian
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

As a plus:

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (including SageMaker, Bedrock, or Lambda).
Experience integrating AI solutions into production web applications.
Knowledge of TypeScript.
Familiarity with AI automation platforms such as Chatbase, Flowise, or n8n.
Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

To be considered for this position, you should be able to work under the Ukrainian Sole Proprietorship (FOP, Group 3) cooperation model.
