We're looking for a Middle Python Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend solutions for client projects.

Depending on the project, you'll work on CRM systems, marketplaces, booking platforms, healthcare solutions, and business automation products using modern Python technologies.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

[ 1 ] Develop backend services using Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

‍

[ 2 ] Design, build, and maintain REST APIs.

‍

[ 3 ] Integrate third-party services and external APIs.

‍

[ 4 ] Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

‍

[ 5 ] Develop and maintain asynchronous tasks using Celery.

‍

[ 6 ] Optimize application performance and write maintainable, well-tested code.

‍

[ 7 ] Work with Docker, Redis, and CI/CD pipelines.

‍

[ 8 ] Collaborate with software engineers and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills you have to bring

3+ years of commercial experience with Python.

What we're looking for:

Commercial experience with Django and/or FastAPI (Flask is a plus).
Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
Practical experience with Docker, Git, Redis, Celery, and CI/CD.
Good understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, and SOLID.
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English.
Native Ukrainian
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another relevant field.

As a plus:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience working with microservices.
Familiarity with automated testing.
Experience with Kubernetes.

Plase note:

To be considered for this position, you should be able to work under the Ukrainian Sole Proprietorship (FOP, Group 3) cooperation model.
